01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smart Post Studio, including our desktop application, website at smartpoststudio.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Smart Post Studio on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
02 Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Download and install Smart Post Studio on devices you own or control
- Use the application for your personal or professional social media management
- Use the application on up to the number of devices permitted by your plan
One-time purchase — a one-time licence purchase entitles you to use the version of Smart Post Studio available at the time of purchase, plus any updates released within 12 months.
This licence does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the software.
03 Account Registration
To use Smart Post Studio, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be fraudulent.
04 Permitted Use
Smart Post Studio is designed for legitimate social media management. Permitted uses include:
- Scheduling and publishing content to your own social media accounts
- Managing social accounts on behalf of clients (with their authorisation)
- Drafting, organising, and queuing posts across multiple platforms
- Using AI writing features to assist with content creation
05 Prohibited Use
You may not use Smart Post Studio to:
- Post spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform policies
- Automate engagement (likes, follows, unfollows) in violation of platform terms
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material
- Access social accounts without authorisation from the account holder
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Resell or sublicense the software to third parties
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
07 Payment & Refunds
Pricing — Smart Post Studio is available as a one-time purchase processed through Gumroad. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.
Refunds — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Smart Post Studio, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
Free trial — where applicable, free trials are provided for evaluation purposes and automatically end after the trial period. No charge is made without your explicit action.
Payments are processed by Gumroad and subject to their payment terms. We do not store your payment information.
08 Intellectual Property
Smart Post Studio, including its code, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Your content — you retain full ownership of all content you create, draft, and publish using Smart Post Studio. We claim no rights over your posts, images, or other content.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service (e.g. temporarily caching a scheduled post before publication).
09 Disclaimer of Warranties
Smart Post Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully. Social platform API changes, network issues, or platform outages may affect posting reliability.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Smart Post Studio.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Smart Post Studio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 Termination
You may stop using Smart Post Studio at any time by deleting the application and your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the Service in a way that harms other users or third parties
Upon termination, your licence to use the software ends. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Smart Post Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. Platform APIs and access may change or be revoked at any time by the platform, which may affect functionality.
